Surgical gowns provide high protection from body fluids as well as infection. Gowns are made from non-linting, nonwoven hydrophobic material SMMMS or SPUNLACE, with antistatic treatment. Both materials are breathable and comfortable to wear. Gowns are of a tie-round type and fastened by the four-tie system to keep the wearer aseptic. Sewn-in sleeves are finished with knitted elastic cuffs, the upper seam of sleeves is done by ultrasonic welding, as well as ties.
