Description Foot Pedals Model FP10 FEATURES: 0 – 5k potentiometer output easily interfaces with motor controllerthrottle inputs and avoids the necessity of a dedicated power supply. Dual return springs to ensure safe operation. Return spring failure detection allows the vehicle designer toimplement a “limp-home” mode to ensure that the vehicle can returnto a safe location thereby eliminating stranding the vehicle (seewiring diagram on pg 4). The foot pedal includes two microswitches to indicate idle validationand full throttle further ensuring safe vehicle operation. Flexible design allows the foot pedal to mounted on the floor orsuspended on the firewall, to locate the pedal on the right or left sideof the unit and adjust the pedal to the desired angle. The foot pedal is protected to IP67 and is rated for operation from–40° C to 85° C to ensure reliable and safe use in harsh environments. Glass filled nylon housing and cast aluminum pedal ensure reliableoperation in demanding applications.
